Therapeutic exercise programs in cancer survivors

It is safe to exercise during any phase of the disease. Besides, exercise is feasible, well tolerated and may lead to improvements in fitness, quality of life and cancer-related fatigue.

What do we need to get started?

Prior to the start of the EXERCISE program, We will perform a global assessment of the patient to confirm that it is TRAINABLE, know the capabilities from which we start and thus be able to establish objectives and be able to evaluate improvements derived from the exercise program

As a requirement we request ANALYTICS and report from your specialist doctor confirming that there are no risks to exercise.
